My group of 4 decided to rent this condo for a ski trip to Lake Tahoe. Upon arrival we noticed the strong smell of sewage coming from the downstairs bathroom. The odor was so strong it made sleeping in the attached bedroom unbearable and the bathroom itself unusable. We also booked the property due to the hot tub on site. Prior to booking we were unaware that the hot tub location was either a 8 minute walk or short drive from the condo. We were also not made aware that the hot tub is closed Monday through Thursday, and also closes at 8:30 PM Friday through Sunday. Overall we felt that there were many other options to choose from in the Lake Tahoe area within a similar price range with much better value.

Home is well located on the north Shore to access multiple towns and ski areas. The management staff was very accommodating and prompt in addressing any issues or questions we had.

The living space was perfect for our party of 4. Accommodations were clean. Property management was helpful (though did not see nor receive instructions for fireplace). I would recommend this property for parties of 5-6.

Two issues that would hinder me from returning:
- longer walk with incline from parking area (no garage)
- not close to facilities (hot tub). Too far for winter.

A 4th of July getaway for the family. A fun, memorable week in Tahoe. The location was perfect (we prefer North or West Shore), the town home/facilities very nice (very accurate photos), and all correspondence timely and professional. We go to Tahoe at least a couple times a year and would stay here again!

Overall excellent stay with property in good shape and First Accommodation staff very helpful.

One very large negative, however: not being able to use the BBQ grill. This is a deal breaker for future rentals, and I noticed online that Vrbo has rentals in Carnelian Woods advertised with being able to use the grill - what is up with that?

Condo location was great. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. A perfect spot for our family ski weekend at Palisades.

This is one of the nicest condos ever. So clean, everything you could think was available, including a hair dryer and extra blankets that were clean (much appreciated) and not one but two of the best vegetable peelers around (my pet peeve is lack of a good peeler in a rental). Loved the gas fireplace too. Only thing that would make us think twice about renting it again was that there were no sports channels available at all on the TV. I would think lots of skiers would be like our family and want to watch bowl games etc, so if ESPN or Comcast Sports is something the owners would consider adding, it would be perfect.

Well equipped condo (we were able to do Christmas dinner with little problem), with too much large furniture. We had a lovely time upstairs. The downstairs floors are freezing cold due to being elevated above the ground. The heaters work overtime to try to heat the downstairs level, with very little heat moving upstairs. Brrr!

Very nice updates throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, cooking utensils and spices. Living room was a little cramped for large groups, and the deck was very small. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were both updated and clean. Quiet location when we stayed. No traffic noise or any other groups heard.

The place was clean. I liked the kitchen and how it had everything you needed. The only issue we found was the hot water ran out fast. only one person could take a shower at a time and not a very long one before the hot water ran out. One of the beds was very squeaky and kept waking up my daughter.

First off, it's easy to find and the process of getting into the unit even easier. When entering, you'll notice it's a the typical "Tahoe condo setup" which is basically a 2 story condo with a loft. However, the few that I've been in are dark and dingy. Not this unit. Nicely done, we quickly settled in and headed off for adventure knowing that we had a nice BBQ and kitchen to cook dinner for family and the kids. Speaking of kids, it's a great place for young kids as it's easy to manage them while in the condo. There's a nice entertainment system and the kitchen is well stocked with top notch appliances. Going to the pool is fun as you trek for 5 minutes through a wooded path. Pool is very nice with wooded surroundings. I mentioned the location - can't beat it - nicely centered to header over to Tahoe City or the other way to Kings Beach - it's 5 minutes or so from 267. I also liked the management company as they made it easy to arrange everything... in summary, a very smooth experience. A solid "A".

The pictures shown are accurate as far as how the inside is decorated. It is very tasteful, clean,fresh,new and beds are very comfortable with good sized rooms. The owner has done a GREAT job in making it feel homey and the kitchen was STOCKED with all you need,minus the food of course, but pantry was full of spices. There are a few things the pictures don't show: The living room/dining room is JUST enough space for 4 adults (very small space) the placement of the TV is perfect for 3 adults on couch but anyone on the small couch will get a neck ache trying to watch due to the angle. The master bedroom has a great tv with cable, the middle bedroom downstairs had a LARGE SONY TV with no power cord and no cable and the bedroom upstairs with bunk beds had a TV with no cable you could only watch movies( there are ALLOT of great movies here, all current.) The deck off living room is TINY and fits TWO people at a time. BBQ was GREAT and works well. Bathrooms are gorgeous and well appointed although the downstairs bathroom off master had no fan in it so it steamed up. The condo stays very dark and COOL due to the lack of sunlight that shines in. This was GREAT because it was over 80 everyday! The other issue that my husband and I had is the walk from the car to the front door. It is a short walk all downhill.. Really don't know how one would do this in the snow. The day we arrived it was pouring rain and by the time we got to the front door we were SOAKED and so was our items. THIS is a real bummer to me. I am fit and was huffing and puffing by the time we walked up to the car everyday even with just a few items.
OVERALL the place is beautiful and for a couple is more than perfect!! Not young children friendly ( lots of nice things to touch and allot of stairs!) You might think by my review I would not stay again,I would stay again due to the fact it is beautiful inside and comfortable and the price is very reasonable. The area is perfect and located near everything.

In May 1 I stayed at this place everything was good just small little things you guys need to fix. Your WiFi don't work at all, cable in the main tv dint work you only where able to watch the weather channel, bbq was found dirty. Also cautious with the towels provided hair was found on them.
