This great tri-level unit features a beautiful lake view from atop the hillside in Carnelian Bay.

Tiled entry way on lowest level leads to two bedrooms; one with lake view, deck, flat screen TV and ultra-plush King bed, the other with comfy Queen bed and cute window seat and another flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a recently updated full bath. Stacked washer/dryer in the hallway.

Up one flight to mid-level living area with cozy leather couch and easy chair, remote-controlled gas fireplace, dining table for 7 plus 2 bar stools at kitchen counter, large HDTV/DVD with sound system and deck. Nicely updated kitchen has new cabinets and counter tops. Master bedroom with Queen bed and recently updated full bath are also on this level.

High speed internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.

My three adult daughters and I really enjoyed staying at Paradise Point. The unit was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and everything worked well. The Carnelian Woods complex has an excellent rec center and is right across from a small beach, and centrally located between King's Beach and Tahoe City. First Accommodations' communications were helpful and the agency responded quickly when we had questions.

The place was amazing. Very clean had everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Will definitely be coming back in the near future

Thank you First Accomodation, our vacation rental was fantastic. We felt like we were living in the tree tops. The property was perfect, very clean, updated, well stocked kitchen. Our family meals at the large dining table was perfect. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony listening and watching nature n the mornings. Very quite and peaceful. Great condo for our week of skiing. Condo is as described. Good shaoe, well stocked kitchen. Loved the grill on the deack and the gas fireplace. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking non isuue. About 20 minutes to Squaw and Alpine Meadows, 12 to Tahoe City and 25 to Truckee. A nice pretty good view of the lake as well. Great communication with propert Manager. No issues at all. Would 100% stay again.

Great everything - although I would ask the HVAC be serviced. It was loud on the 2nd and 3rd floors when it cycled on for heat.

We were a party of 6, and found this property to be nearly perfect for our group. The location was great, the property was clean and well-appointed, and we enjoyed the views of the lake. The property description is very accurate. The only minor downsides were that we were there during a hot spell and there is no A/C, plus we had to time showers around somewhat limited hot water. Still, we would definitely stay there again.

Our second time staying here and it was a perfect cabin for our winter ski trip. Large enough for multiple families, cozy enough for apres-ski, and awesome outdoors for the kids to sled and play a mean game of snowball. Super professional property management company who on multiple occasions addressed minor concerns about the unit.

This place is gorgeous, hot tub is clean in the guest house and there is someone working in the building at all times so only guests with a key are allowed in. would recommend!
